Data Protection Notice for Customers

In order for you to be able to continue to easily and simply benefit from the many offers of the Gauselmann Group as a customer of adp MERKUR GmbH, we would like to give you an overview of the use of your personal data by us and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

The personal data you submit, in particular your name, address, telephone number, bank, authentication, credit, scoring or rating data, which is solely necessary and required for the purpose of carrying out the contractual relationship, is collected and processed on the basis of the following statutory rights:

This also includes data processing between individual companies of the Gauselmann Group in order to ensure optimum customer care (for example, service, financing). Those positions which require access to your data for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations, will receive such. In accordance with Article 15 GDPR, you are entitled to request the extensive provision of information on the data stored about your person at any time from both adp MERKUR GmbH and MERKUR Freizeit Leasing GmbH.

In accordance with Article 17 GDPR, you are entitled to request the rectification, erasure and blocking of individual personal information at any time from both adp MERKUR GmbH and MERKUR Freizeit Leasing GmbH.

In addition, you may exercise your right to object at any time without stating any reasons and modify or revoke the given declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can submit the revocation either by post, by email or by fax to us. You will incur no other costs than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing base rates.
